Daphnia

Daphnia is a good meals for little seafood and seafood fry. While the daphnia appears to be like the name for a hot girl, it is actually looks and can swim in "hops" like a flea such that they are also known as water ticks even though they are not ticks at all.




Daphnia can be grown and gathered using natural water or fluid fry meals although they really like consuming viruses. However, unless you are a professional seafood pet breeder it is not value the attempt as they can be purchased at low costs.

Live daphnia come in hand baggage that look like off white dark water. If you take a close look, you will see that it is created up of lots of flea like things diving in browsing movement. If you should also see some sections of blackish shades in the bag, siphon them out and eliminate. It is poultry poo, which comes packed with viruses, which is what plants use to nourish daphnia. Don't fear about the water having viruses, the daphnia will manage that.

To use the daphnia, use a excellent net (those really excellent ones that looks like knicker garden water hose material) and provides it a few rifle scopes in it the daphnia bad. After that, wash under slowly water and they are prepared for feeding!

Note: When you present daphnia to your container you will also present some bloodworm egg into the container. If you have a simple base (no gravel/sand) container, you will soon find longish brownish things at underneath. These are cocoons with system earthworms increasing within. These can be remaining alone because system earthworms are simple to seafood and fry. (They don't pull blood! their name come from their red colour)

Tip: If you have dark water from overfeeding your seafood, daphnia will obvious it up! (But make sure you have little seafood that consumes daphnia because big seafood disregards them).
